Terms and Conditions
Fabric
Variations in the weave are characteristic of natural fabrics and therefore some inconsistencies are
typical. There can be a degree of movement in the weave of certain very soft cloths, we cannot
guarantee that this will not, in some circumstances, affect the print.
Please check your fabric as soon as you receive it. You must notify us immediately in writing within
seven days of any perceived problems with printing. We cannot accept any responsibility once the
cloth has been cut, used or processed in any way.
Payment
We require payment in full before dispatch or collection of printed fabric. Please allow time for
cheques to clear as goods cannot be dispatched or collected before this.
All finished goods remain the property of Cameron Gilmartin Ltd until paid for in full.
Shrinkage
As all fabric is steamed and washed there may be a degree of shrinkage usually about 5-10% but in
some cases more, please check with us and make sure you order enough fabric to cover this.
Aftercare
We recommend that all digitally printed fabrics are dry-cleaned.
Colour
We aim to match colours as closely as possible but due to variables in the
process an exact match is not always achievable, especially in the case of continuous tone imagery
where specific colours cannot be isolated, eg , photographic imagery or watercolour effects.
Please supply hard copies / colour samples to match to wherever possible.
Artwork
CD’s and hard copies will not normally be returned unless specifically requested.
Always send a copy of your artwork as we cannot be responsible for lost or corrupted discs.
Please check your artwork, we cannot be held responsible for errors in the document |
